Archived TicketsViewing Archived TicketsArchived tickets are those that are stored for reference by the user or administrator. When a ticket is marked as archived, it no longer shows up in the Tickets or My Folders sections. Those messages are moved to the View Archived Tickets section. The Edit option is also not available for archived tickets. To archive a ticket:
Tickets marked as archived can be restored at any time from this page. A restored ticket has all its original features and actions returned to it. To restore a ticket:
