Archived Tickets

Viewing Archived Tickets

Archived tickets are those that are stored for reference by the user or administrator.  When a ticket is marked as archived, it no longer shows up in the Tickets or My Folders sections.  Those messages are moved to the View Archived Tickets section.  The Edit option is also not available for archived tickets.

To archive a ticket:

    1. Click the checkbox next to the ticket(s) you want to archive.
    2. Click the Archive Tickets button at the top to send them to the archive.

Tickets marked as archived can be restored at any time from this page.  A restored ticket has all its original features and actions returned to it.  To restore a ticket:

1. Click the check box next to each ticket you want to restore
2. Click the Restore Ticket button are tickets that have been marked as archived.
