Edit My Profile

To edit your general user profile information, click on Edit My Profile on the Ticket Tree to the left. A pop-up window will appear with the following fields:
 
First Name
Your first name
Last Name
Your last name
Email Address
Your email address (and username)
Password
Your login password
Address 1
Your main street address
Address 2
Apt. no, suite number, extra address info
City
Your city location
State
Your state location
Country
Your country location
Company Name
Name of your company
Telephone
Your telephone number
Fax
Your fax number
Comments
Big text box to put any other important info
 
Click update to submit your changes.
