I have purchased a previous version. Can I upgrade?

Yes. If you have purchased a previous copy of ProLetterFusion, you can upgrade to either version (Encrypted or Unencrypted) with a discount of 50% of the price of the version you require

Can I use ProLetterFusion to manage all my clients email campaigns?

Yes. You can set up accounts for all your clients and let them log in and have all the data from your other clients seperate.

Can ProLetterFusion handle bounces?

Yes. ProLetterFusion 2.0 can handle bounced subscribers and handle the bounce in a number of ways.

Can I import my subscribers from an existing database?

Yes. You can import subscribers to lists using CSV or manually entering them into the application

Can I use a secure mail server?

Yes. You can use an authenticated mail server for both sending and receiving emails.

Can I embed images in the emails sent?

Yes. Once you create your campaign, you have the option to include the images in the email and not have them load externally.

What can I see in the reports?

The reports will show you the following:

• Subscribers who opened the email
• Subscribers who did not open the email
• Subscribers who clicked a link
• Subscribers who did not click a link
• What links did subscribers click
• Subscribers who unsubscribed

Can I customize the emails sent per subscriber?

Yes. You can use the following tags to customize the email body and email subject for the campaign.

• [firstname] - Swaps in the current subscribers first name
• [lastname] - Swaps in the current subscribers last name
• [email] - Swaps in the current subscribers email address

This customization is available for HTML, HTML & Text and Text Only email campaigns.
