he panel at the top of each page shows you where you are in the forum.
As you can see from the arrow you are at the home page.

 

 

The Welcome panel tells the user to log in or register.

  

The forum panel gives the user a description of each forum, that it has RSS,
how many Categories there are in each forum,how many topics there are in the forums,
and when and who posted the last post.

 

  

Whats going on is a panel towards the bottom of the page that lets the user see whos online,
when the latest message was posted , and who is the newest member to the board.

 

  

Forum keys are icons which give the user information about the categories and topics contained in the forums.
