My Folders Area

MY FOLDERS SECTION

The left menu item tree "My Folders" is a great way to organize and store your tickets. Tickets can be placed in folders for easy access and categorization.

All your tickets are viewable by clicking Inbox which is the default storage area for only your tickets.

The same functions, tabs and options exist for the tickets in your folder as they exist in the assigned/unassigned tickets areas.

You can choose to move one or more tickets to a folder.

  1. Click the check box next to each ticket you wish to move.
  2. Select next to the Move Ticket button the folder to move the selected ticket(s).
  3. Click the Move Ticket button to complete the action.
