Program Usage

 The program in divided into 3 parts. The top area menu, the left navigation and the right main window.

Top bar menu and buttons:

Hide/Show Tree - This button hides the left pane for more right window screen space. 

Session Time:
On the far right is the Session Time. This is the amount of time that is set in the application.cfm file before the user is officially timed out or logged out. Every time you refresh or go to a new page the timer resets to the maximum session value.

 Left Window Tree Heirarchy

Queues - Queues represent in a way an email mailbox. You can create queues around individual email boxes. As people email a certain email address, the ticketing application will periodically check that email box on the mail server for new emails or responses from your customer. As emails come in they will be placed in the proper thread based on the email FROM address. Thats how the application keeps track of messages coming from various customers.

Right Window / Main Area

This area is where the main application resides, all ticketing information or the data from what you have chose from the left menu heirarchy. You use the right mouse button in EVERY screen on the right side, it has some frequently used functions in the menu!

Many tabs or buttons exist on the right side so make sure you make use of them.
