In the event you are in need of support or technical help for the installation or running of any Digital Crew software you can do one of the following:

  • Support Forum
    Search the Digital Crew product support forums and if you problem isn't listed, add a new topic in the appropriate product section. We endeavor to reply to these support requests as quickly as possible.
  • Create A Trouble Ticket
    You can send a support email to tickets@digital-crew.com.

    This will create a trouble ticket in our Tickets Support System which will ensure your query is resolved in a timely fashion. Once you send a support email, you will receive a confirmation email back from the system with a Ticket Support Number assigned to your query. You will also get assigned a username and password to a web-based ticket monitoring system to track your tickets progress.

  • Call Digital Crew By Telephone
    You can get immediate support via telephone in cases where help is required immediately.

Technical support is free for customers. Technical support charges may apply if the problem being resolved is due to the underlying server or application the component is being installed into.

If the query is related to custom work on the component to fit your needs, charges may apply.
