CFTroubleTicketsCFTroubleTickets is a ColdFusion and MySQL powered Trouble Ticket Support Application.

CFTroubleTickets automatically tracks emails sent to a specific email account and distributes the ticket to the relevant support staff.

Each ticket initially starts as an email to a support email specified in a queue. Multiple queues can be set-up with various staff assigned to each queue. Every ticket is tracked through the ticket life moving from New to Assigned To Open To Resolved / Closed / Dead.

At any one time, the system gives a complete overview of all outstanding support issues inside your company.

CFTroubleTickets has been built using a familiar and powerful GUI.

A right click context-sensitive operation system makes dealing with tickets a breeze. Tickets can be re-assigned to other staff members or shared between a number of staff members.

The system can be used by an end user by logging into the application or if they choose, they can interact with the application purely by email. All conversations are grouped Gmail Style so your staff can read all correspondance in chronological order.

The Tickets Dashboard on the main CFTroubleTickets home screen gives an overview of all tickets you are responsible for in the system and gives a brief statistical breakdown covering the life cycle of all tickets.
